
- Support HRD with all relevant Human Resource Development tasks.
- Support with the identification of training needs & analysis.
- Support the team with Research and Development where required.
- Provide support with the arrangement of the implementation of all learning interventions.
- Conduct and support all evaluation and ensure the upload/capturing analysis thereof is completed.
- Ensure efficient day to day HR aRepresent HR Development and participate in relevant team meetings.
- Develops sound relationships with management and staff within the division.
- Compile reports for Human Resources.
- Ensuring proper documentation is completed and captured correctly on the SAP system where relevant.
- Ensuring the follow-up of events/interventions on the system.
- Relavant HR Bcom Degree/Btech.
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft).
- Project Management.
- Communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
- Planning, organising and co-ordinating skills.
