Key Outputs

• Successfully complete all theoretical and practical training and assessments
• Correctly identify the needs of the customer while being supported by the trainer
• Process parts orders/quotations and backorders efficiently and effectively by using the SAP system
• Provide feedback and status updates to the customer under the supervision of the trainer

Qualification:

• Grade 12
