RCL Foods Randfontein has an exciting opportunities for 5 Analytical Chemistry students to participate in and assist with laboratory analysis for a period of 12 months, to gain experience needed for completion of a tertiary qualification.
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12/Matric certificate
• Completed all theoretical modules in Analytical Chemistry and only need P1 and P2 to graduate or relevant science qualification
• No experience required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist and perform routine laboratory analysis according to standard procedures
• Report analytical results timeously and capture onto laboratory database thereafter
• Participate actively in laboratory housekeeping (5S) and retention sample rotation.
• Perform sensory/ organoleptic testing on finished products
