Overview:

BME is looking for a talented HR graduate to be based at the Losberg plant in Fochville. An individual who is not only ambitious but possess a high level of emotional intelligence. Excellent interpersonal skills such as empathy, sensitivity, tact and discretion. The ability to get on with a range of people and work well in a team. Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Qualifications:

Degree/B Tech in Human Resources Management (completed)

Experience:

- No Experience required Duties: Assisting the departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers Conducting inductions of new staff Coordinating the monthly payroll Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other departments in the company/site HR Administration Job Competencies: You don't have more than 2 years HR working experience • You have first experience in project management (preferably) • You have excellent communication skills • You have excellent English language skills written and spoken • You are interculturally sensitive • You are flexible, willing to travel, and like to work with people from all walks of life • You are a team player • You are able to work independently • You command high self motivation • You are a competent user of MS Office.  You reside in the Merafong districts (preferable Fochville) or neighbouring discricts.
