The appointee should:

• Hold a valid Grade 12 School Certificate with at least one year working experience in a similar environment
• Have proven proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
• Have strong administrative and time management skills with the ability to pay attention to detail  
• Demonstrate sound communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
• Be in possession of a valid code EB (code 08) driver’s license
• Successfully undergo a polygraph examination and security screening and clearance
• Have knowledge of the online system and relevant analytical crime data base applications (advantageous)
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre

Key responsibilities:

• Capturing provided data timeously and accurately ensuring appropriate separation of data in line with database structures
• Retrieving information from the crime and other databases for the purpose of analyses and reporting
• Maintaining records for supplying information and printouts on request for daily, weekly and monthly crime reports
• Capture relevant data for the vetting and screening processes
