The appointee should:
- Be in possession of Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
Advantageous requirements:
- Minimum relevant experience as a General Clerk in a mining environment
- Minimum of 2 years operational experience as a Data Capture
- Knowledge of working on ONKEY will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a document control systems
Key responsibilities:
Performing administrative functions
- Ensuring receipt of correct data sheets
- Capturing data onto systems
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Preparing appropriate reports
- Producing documentation relevant to role
- Adhering to administrative legislation
- Adhering to Mining and Safety, Regulations, The Act, Codes of practice and standards
- Processing reports
- Participating in meetings
- Completing role requirements appropriate to the job contents
