The appointee should:

• Grade 12
• Studying towards a HR degree/diploma
• Two years’ experience in HR of which at least one in the Mining environment
• Competent in mine HR systems and related legislation
• Computer literate
• Proficient in English
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting on HR information - SAP information extraction and input
• Administration, communication and liaison as required
• Administration support to HR Manager/Coordinator/officer in terms of Employee information (movements, remuneration, events coordination and record keeping, collation of reports, etc.)
• Generalist HR functions on an adhoc basis.

Administration of necessary systems:

• Timely and accurate information
• Effective administration systems used
• Reports completed to required standard
• Housekeeping standards
